Lettia Memory Foam Clik All Purpose Girth

I bought this girth because of the features but it doesnt fit my mare. It says 48 and in other brands a 48 girth has penty of room - not the case with this one. I couldnt even get the girth to touch the saddle. I thought since she measures 46, the 48th would be a safe bet but something is off. I havent measured it but comparing it to the one I had to use this weekend (50), the difference in length was clearly more than 2

I wouldnt know what this girth is like because they didnt send it to me. I got all my other items, plus something I didnt order. They now expect me to spend my time to print out (I dont have a working printer at the moment) a shipping label and somehow box up a $40 saddle pad and send it back to them before they ship me the girth that I ordered. I have never had a company have such a policy for a mistake they made. They should have already made this right by shipping out the correct item, the girth I ordered, instead of offering me a $50 gift card if I return the $40 saddle pad. It makes no sense. Id they can send me a gift card why not just let me keep the item sent by mistake and then ship me the girth I originally ordered. I called 15 times and no one ever answers the phone and when they do finally call you back, the connection is spotty and I can barely hear them. I wont ever order from this site and have had to open a claim with my credit card company. Horrible customer service.
