I was to receive a free pair of children's riding gloves with my order, but noticed they were not itemized on my final confirmation printout. I e-mailed customer service to let them know, and she reached out to the warehouse packing my purchased items, and made sure they were aware of the situation. They packed the gloves in my shipping box with my other items, and I received everything within 5-7 days. I was so impressed!
