Really like this blanket so far It is a little on the light weight side for a medium weight blanket but being in the south our winters are mild! It fits my colt great especially in the neck and chest and it immediately rained the night I put it on him and he stayed dry! Delivery was fast and cant complain about anything we the service

I purchased this blanket from Smart Pak 4 months ago. The clips that attach the neck to the blanket continued to come out. They were a piece of metal that had sharp ends on both sides. I continued to put them back in. Now the Velcro that closes the neck is coming off. I contacted Smart Pak to resolve. They sent me to Breeches.com. I provided photos and order information as they requested. About a week ago I finally spoke to someone who stated she would speak to a supervisor and call me back. Yesterday after not hearing from anyone I called back and spoke to Fran Ledy- she was the rudest and argumentative person I have ever spoken to. They refused to do anything other than send me the another one of these horrible blankets. I will never buy another Tuff Rider product again. I hope management reads this review and if the phone call I had with Rude Fran , is recorded they listen to it!
